Badr MACHKOUR

PhD Researcher in Economics and Management Sciences

MACHKOUR, Badr (PhD, Ibn Zohr University) is a researcher in economics and management sciences. His work examines the strategic and organizational implications of digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0, and the Internet of Things. He is also interested in issues related to education and training, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the digital era.
He has co-authored articles in peer-reviewed and indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science, Cairn), contributed chapters to edited volumes with international academic publishers (e.g., Springer), and presented his research at national and international conferences.
Dr. Machkour supervises Master’s and Bachelor’s theses and participates in technical and scientific committees. His teaching portfolio covers auditing, management control, project management, and finance. Methodologically, his research combines qualitative approaches (interviews, thematic and semantic analyses) and quantitative methods (scale development, reliability/validity testing, regressions, structural equation modeling—SEM), with hands-on proficiency in SPSS and AMOS (EFA/CFA, reliability/validity, structural models).
